Studio Rates

A processing fee applies to card and Cash App payments. Mixing & mastering services are by Vance "Vision" Hornbuckle — see mixing & mastering rates.

• There is a 2-hour minimum on all sessions, except sessions booked with Vance as the engineer.
• Please limit each session to no more than 10 guests.
• Booking is by appointment only — we do not accept walk-ins.
• Book at least 2 hours in advance. To make sure your time is available, we recommend booking 2–5 days ahead.
• A credit or debit card is required to reserve your time. It isn't charged to hold the time, and is only charged half the session price if the cancellation policy isn't followed or there's a no-show.
• Payment is due at the start of the session by cash, credit, debit, or PayPal. If paying by card, the card must be present.
• Cancellations within 12 hours of the start time are charged half the price of the scheduled session to the card used to book.
• You can cancel or reschedule from the link in your confirmation email or text up to 12 hours before your session. If you can't, call 678-973-2295 to speak to a receptionist.
• Session time starts at the officially booked start time, not when you arrive. Arriving 45 minutes late doesn't extend the session at no charge. The studio is near downtown Atlanta, so plan for traffic. Arrive early and relax in our lounge until your time begins.
• The last 20 minutes of every session are set aside for bouncing your audio to WAV and MP3 and transferring your data. For example, in a 2-hour session the final 20 minutes are for bounces and data transfer — please plan accordingly.
• We are not responsible for session files after the session ends. If you want files emailed instead of buying storage, it must be done within your scheduled time. Re-sending files after a session has a $20 data transfer fee.
