How To Book A Session
1. Click Book Now
2. Select your service / desired hours to book
3. Select your staff member / engineer
4. Select your date & start time
5. Enter your details and reserve your time with a debit or credit card. This is not a payment, but a reservation. The card will only be charged half the price of the session if the cancellation policy is broken.
6. You will receive a confirmation email & text message of your session. Simply connect to the provided link to reschedule or cancel the session.
Booking, Payment, & Cancellation Policy
2-hour minimum is required for ALL sessions
Booking is available by appointment only, we do not accept walk-ins.
Bookings must be made a minimum of 2 hours in advance, but to ensure availability it is recommended to book your sessions in about 2-5 days in advance.
A credit or debit card is required to book a session and reserve the time. The card is not charged to hold the time and will only be charged half the price of the session if the Cancellation Policy is not followed or there is a no show.
Payment is due at the start of the session and can be paid with cash, credit, debit, or PayPal. If paying with a card, the card must be present.
Solar Sound Studio requires at least a 12 hour notice for cancellation of the session. Cancellation within 12 hours of the session start time will result in the card the session was booked with being charged half the price of the scheduled session.
When you complete booking you will receive a confirmation text and email stating your session date, time, engineer, and balance due. You are required to use a credit or debit card to hold your time. You are able to cancel or reschedule from the link in your email or text anytime up to 12 hours ahead of your session. If you cannot cancel that way please call 678-973-2295 to speak to a receptionist.
All Sessions are Non-Refundable
Session time includes 20 minutes for sound bouncing to an audio wav & mp3 file for CD & emailing purposes and also a data transfer onto optional 4 Gig Usb Drive (which holds audio and session data). For example, if a session is booked for two hours, the last 20 minutes of the session is designated for any bouncing audio down to wav and mp3s as well as the data transfer. Please plan your time accordingly.
Clients can purchase our 4 Gig USB Storage Drives for $15, an audio cd for $5, and a data DVD for $10. Or you can supply you own. We are not responsible for session files after sessions have ended. If client doesn’t want to purchase our available audio and data storage products and request files to be emailed, it must be within the scheduled studio time. If files need to be re-emailed for any reason after session has ended, a Data Transfer Fee will apply. Cost to re-email is $20.
Session time begins from the OFFICIALLY BOOKED START TIME, not from when the clients arrive. If you arrive 45 minutes late, that does not mean you will be able to run 45 minutes past the session end time at no extra charge. The studio is located downtown Atlanta so you will need to factor in traffic when planning your drive here. If you have to leave earlier than usual to make sure you arrive on time please do. If you arrive early, we have a lounge where you can sit and relax in until the previous session finishes and your time begins. Everyone’s time is precious.
